  The Housewife von Marc Behrens, 1990 komponiert, lässt sich vage zwischen Fluxus und einer elektroakustischen Musica Povera einordnen. Aus klassischer Opernmusik stammende, zerschnittene Stimmen verbinden sich mit den Geräuschen von Küchengeräten, Metallperkussion und ein paar anderen seltsamen Soundbites. The Housewife (Queen Cut) enthält alle 42 Originalszenen, die in drei Sätze gegliedert sind, als vollständige Fassung, die aus den Vier-Spur-Session-Tonbändern restauriert wurde. Cut-up voices from classical operas joined with the noise of kitchen appliances, metal percussion, and a few other odd soundbites. The Housewife (Queen Cut) includes all 42 original scenes, arranged in three movements, as a complete edition, restored from the 4-track session tapes.
